The Sherri Shepherd/Lamar Sally divorce saga is entering the TMI Super Freak stage.

Lamar filed for divorce in early May, asking for custody of the couple's unborn child (via surrogate). He also wants spousal support and the invalidation of their prenup. Sherri later filed her own divorce papers, citing irreconcilable differences.

But there's more than one way to embarrass your ex in public, and someone gave TMZ  intel about an “amendment” to the prenup that Lamar supposedly wanted Sherri to sign. The couple signed a prenup before their 2011 nuptials, but TMZ claims Lamar later wanted items like this added to the document:

•  "I respect my husband's opinions and recognize him as the leader of our home.  I will always speak well of my husband."

•  "I enjoy having sex with my husband. I crave intimacy with him and want to be uninhibited and free in our lovemaking."

•  "MY BODY IS IMPORTANT TO ME. I STRIVE TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY BODY WEIGHT AND EXERCISE AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK."

• "My home is neat and orderly. I dispose of clutter and take pride in my environment."

•  "It is my joy to submit to my husband as a way to honor God."

How would you react to that? Laugh? Cry? Barf? Run? Suggest he just get himself a mail-order-bride or at least try for a Stepford one? Or maybe you're confused why any of this would be an issue (including the extreme caps lock)? Every marriage is different, and maybe there are plenty of couples who would be A-OK with all of this.

If it just sounds like a joke, you can read more of the document, which TMZ shared here. It begins, "I, Sherri Sally, am a happy, godly, attractive, and sexy wife. I provide a peaceful and pleasant haven for my husband to come home to. ... I care about my appearance and take effort to look attractive and to stay fit. I am a fun person who loves to laugh." Later, it adds, "I am intensely sexual. God created me as a sexual being, and I am committed to being intimate with my husband. I am a turned-on woman who's blessed to be with a great guy. I look forward to having great sex this week and can't wait until our next time to express love to each other with freedom."

Yes, this “turned-on woman” is so “blessed” to be with the kind of “great guy” who’d write something like this. What year is it again, and what country are we in? Scary. TMZ said Sherri rejected this amendment, but it's not like she rejected him until just now, so she must've been OK with the spirit behind it. No word on whether she countered with a doc of her own, but TMZ contacted Lamar's lawyer and had no word back.

Lamar recently boasted that he lost 50 pounds on "the divorce diet," so it sounds like he waited until after the relationship was over to work on his own body weight.

What do you think of this "amendment"? Are you appalled? If so, more by the content or the idea that something this personal was spread to the public as part of a bitter divorce battle?
