Another Hollywood marriage bites the dust. Us Weekly confirms actors Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell have broken up, ending a marriage of nearly two years.
"Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell have decided to separate," the couple's rep tells the magazine. "They both love and respect one another and will of course remain committed to co-parenting their son. This is a mutual decision and the two remain close friends."
The son in question was born sometime in July, but the couple has released neither the exact date nor the child's name.
Evan and Rachel met while filming Green Day's "Wake Me Up When September Ends" music video in 2004 and started dating shortly thereafter, even getting tattoos of each other's first initial. They first broke up in 2006.
The Across the Universe actress started dating rocker Marilyn Manson around early 2007 and — after a brief breakup — became engaged to him three years later. They separated once again in August 2010.
Evan then reunited with Jamie in mid-2011, and they wed in October 2012.
At least these two separating spouses will have their work to get them through this difficult time. Evan, 26, is filming the movie 10 Things I Hate About Life, and Jamie, 28, is the star of AMC's Revolutionary War drama Turn and was recently cast in the upcoming Fantastic Four reboot.
