Fast & Furious fans are still in shock after the untimely death of 40-year-old actor Paul Walker, who passed away on November 30 in Santa Clarita, California when the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT he was riding in crashed into a light pole and burst into flames. A makeshift memorial has been erected at the site of the accident, where visitors can gather and pay their respects. Paul's longtime friend and co-star Tyrese Gibson stopped by the site yesterday, and according to E! News, the singer-songwriter has also reached out to Paul's family to help with funeral arrangements.
Tyrese reportedly met with Paul's parents on December 1 to discuss the appropriate course of action. It's unclear when or where Paul's official funeral service will take place, but there's likely no question that his Fast & Furious co-stars, whom he referred to as "family," will be in attendance.
The grief-stricken actor has been sharing his feelings with fans via social media ever since the accident happened last Saturday. Not only did Tyrese post a photo of a piece of debris that he picked from wreckage during his emotional visit to Paul's memorial site, but he also shared a video from Paul's 40th birthday celebration this past September.
A number of Paul's Fast & Furious co-stars have also taken to social media to pay tribute to their fallen friend, including Michelle Rodriguez and Vin Diesel. Click here to read their touching tweets.
