We’re sure Evan Rachel Wood has more than 10 things she hates about some people right now.

TMZ reports the actress is being sued for $30 million for bailing on her part in the sequel for the movie 10 Things I Hate About You. And this on the heels of news she and her husband are splitting up!

The producers claim after they shut down production to the flick in January 2013, which they say they had every right to do, Even refused to return to work on the movie in November 2013 after production had resumed. The producers allegedly offered her more money, but she apparently didn’t accept the offer.

And now they’re suing her for $30 million — and that doesn’t even include damages and attorney’s fees!

Evan’s rep tells TMZ the lawsuit is a "bullying tactic from financially troubled producers" who ran out of money during production, and could never "get their act together" to finish shooting the movie.
