There will be one more seat (well, make that a highchair) at Fergie’s table this Christmas, but otherwise it’s business as usual. “My mom's making her famous lasagna,” Fergie told the crowd at the Dec. 6 Wet n Wild and Walgreens event benefitting AmfAR in NYC. “It’s turkey lasagna so it's not as guilty - except it really is because of how much I eat of it. So we're having that and a lot of good wine and we get really loud."

She also shared that four month-old Axl just might be her plus one when she hosts Dick Clark’s Rockin’ Eve this year. When asked if the baby and hubby Josh Duhamel will join her at the annual bash, she replied, “Maybe! It depends on his feeding schedule. It’s really his world and we’re all just living in it.”

In addition to filling us on her Christmas/New Year’s plans, Fergie also showed off the latest products from her Wet N Wild makeup line and was on hand to donate a $50,000 check to AmfAR. “It’s a cause very close to my heart,” she stated.

After that, it was time to celebrate. Fergie and her guests hit Tao Downtown for a private after-party where everyone munched on Asian goodies like spring rolls, chicken lollipops and sea bass washed down with wine and champagne.

Because even new moms needs a night out once in a while, right?
