Not even six months old yet and Prince George already has a royal playmate. A big welcome to Raphael, the latest addition to Monaco’s leading family! The little man was born on December 17, according to an Us Weekly report.

Little Ralphie is the son of Charlotte Casiraghi, the daughter of Monaco’s Princess Caroline. For the European royal family buffs in the audience, Caroline is the sister of reigning Prince Albert II and daughter of the late Prince Rainier and the late Grace Kelly. That’s a fitting royal relation seeing as Raphael reportedly entered the world at the Princess Grace Hospital Centre in Monaco.

Twenty-seven-year-old Charlotte is not a princess herself but is fifth in line to the throne for the small Western European country. She’s the second child of Princess Caroline and the late Italian businessman Stefano Casiraghi. Charlotte’s also a noted equestrian and model.

She and 42-year-old French actor Gad Elmaleh first shared the news they were expecting earlier this year. The two also announced their engagement and, according to People, were planning a private wedding ceremony for the fall. No word yet if the new parents have had a chance to tie the knot or if the Duchess of Cambridge has arranged a playdate.
