Our favorite twin moms, Tia Mowry-Hardrict and Tamera Mowry-Housley, have a lot to be thankful for these days. Not only are they doting mothers to their sons, Cree and Aden, but today they’re celebrating the 20th anniversary of their hit ‘90s series, Sister, Sister! And what better way to pay homage to their humble beginnings than with a throwback Instagram photo.

“It was exactly 20 yrs ago Sister, Sister premiered on ABC!,” Tia captioned the photo. “Grateful for these memories!”

So are we, Tia. What would we have ever done without the Mowry sisters gracing our television screens every week for five years? Or having the privilege of checking out their amazing fashion choices from their overalls to matching hats. That’s true ‘90s style, guys!

Since the show ended in 1999, the two sisters are now married with children, and even starred in their very own reality show on the Style network, Tia & Tamera, which ended after three seasons (and we’re still sad about it!). But if you’re hoping to see the twins make their triumphant return to reality TV, think again. Both Tia and Tamera have decided to take a step back from the docu-series in order to focus on their families.

“Doing a reality show, you have to have a significant other really really love and aspire to do that, otherwise, I want to spend time with my husband. If I had to choose reality show and time with my baby and my husband, time with my baby and my husband,” Tamera told HipHollywood during the Essence pre-Oscar Luncheon this past March.

Fear not, you can still catch Tia in her very own sitcom, Instant Mom, on Nick at Nite, and Tamera as a panelist on the daytime talk show, The Real. We’ll take what we can get!
