Tia Mowry-Hardrick seems to juggle marriage, motherhood, and her career flawlessly. But what about her health lifestyle? The 35-year-old Instant Mom actress covers the May issue of Women’s Running, where she not only opens up about her exercise routine, but her past infertility scare that made her change her diet.

Just four years ago, Tia was diagnosed with a health disorder called endometriosis, a condition that could potentially lead to infertility in women. "Sugar was like a drug I was addicted to," Tia admits to the magazine (via E! Online).

Shortly after her diagnosis, the young mother worked with a nutritionist who advised Tia to completely revamp her diet. Fast-forward to today, this woman is now dishing up fitness advice to fellow new mothers!

"Running is my go to workout," says the former Sister, Sister starlet. "If I'm traveling, I can just put on my shoes and go. It's the easiest workout you can do."

Her advice to new mommies? "Start slow. Work out two to three times a week in the beginning,” she says. “As you get stronger again, you can start working out four times a week, then maybe five. Set small goals, and only set new goals once you accomplish the small ones."

As for that fertility scare, Tia is now a doting mother to her 2-year-old son, Cree, but that doesn’t mean she’s had enough of babies! Tia’s sister, Tamera Mowry-Housley who is also a mother to her toddler son, Aden, previously dished that she had a “feeling” that the two sisters will get pregnant again at the same time.

“Mark my words,” she told HipHollywood, “My sister and I might be pregnant together. It’s not that we planned it this way. I just feel it. It’s weird.”

What do you think? Do you share the same “feeling” as Tamera? Sound off below!
