It was the photoshoot seen all over the internets: Olivia Wilde breastfeeding her 5-month-old son, Otis, for Glamour’s September issue. While we first couldn’t get over just how stunning the image was (not to mention how beautiful Olivia made motherhood look), the 30-year-old was quick to counter on how unglamorous it can be sometimes.

"Usually he has a diaper on," Olivia says to Savannah Guthrie during August 11’s taping of Today. “I've never looked that good breastfeeding, and I never will." We have a feeling that that might not be the case for the always gorgeous Olivia, just saying!

The new mother dished to the pregnant Savannah (who goes on maternity leave August 12!), just how that photo came to be. "That picture grew out of a very organic moment. I was working, I was shooting the cover of Glamour, and I needed to feed my son,” Wilde explains.

“So he came to work … and either I was going to do it off-camera or on, and I thought, ‘You know what, shoot it, because this is part of my real life.’” And it made for one beautiful photo!

What’s more? Olivia previously admitted her son actually peed on her (and that Roberto Cavalli dress!) during this particular shoot. “Otis ordered milkshakes. Luckily I had some on me. Then he peed on my dress,” Olivia tweeted on August 5. “Good kid. #Boobfood #WhenNatureCalls.”

You know what they say: When you gotta go, you gotta go!
