Chris Brown might like to be done with rehab, but rehab isn’t done with him quite yet. E! Online reports a judge has just ordered Chris sent back to rehab...and for three months, at that!
On November 20, L.A. Superior Court Judge James Brandlin ruled that Chris must spend another three months at a residential treatment facility, submit to drug testing, and take medication prescribed by his doctor. While he’s in rehab this second time, the rapper must also complete 24 hours of community service.
Chris first checked into rehab on October 29, just days after he spent a night in jail for reportedly punching a man in the face and using a gay slur. His original charge of assault was reduced to a misdemeanor, but the singer then agreed to check into rehab, with reps saying that Chris’s goal was “to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point.”
He did that — for two weeks at least — before electing to leave treatment on November 15. His stay was supposed to be three months long.
No word yet on whether or not Chris has checked in yet for his second stint, but the judge ordered him to go back to rehab today and he did not object in court.
