Update (September 3, 2014):
Tallulah has left rehab, reports People. After nearly six weeks away, the 20-year-old exited treatment in early September with mom Demi Moore picking her up at the center where she was seeking help. She has since resumed activity on her Instagram account, sharing two photos from that revealing and highly personal interview she gave with The What's Underneath Project. Best wishes to T!
Original story (August 15, 2014):
If People's report is to be believed, Hollywood heiress Tallulah Willis is in rehab as a result of tough love from parents Bruce Willis and Demi Moore.
Star reported last week that the fashion blogger voluntarily checked into The Meadows rehab facility in Wickenburg, Arizona, on July 23 — seeking help for cocaine and alcohol abuse.
And now, sources confirm Star's rehab report to People, adding that Bruce and Demi put their foot down to get her there. "Tallulah was pretty much given an ultimatum," one reveals. "Her parents were about to take away everything from her."
A high school classmate tells the magazine that the 20-year-old's problems were exacerbated by Demi's hospitalization and rehab in 2012.
And, according to the magazine's source, Mom might not have been as hard-line as Dad. "If Bruce suspected that Tallulah had any kind of substance abuse problem, he would have demanded for her to get help," the Moore source says. "Demi's take is that Tallulah is still very young and trying to find herself."
Regardless, things haven't been easy for Bruce and Demi's youngest. Tallulah recently opened up about her body dysmorphia diagnosis, saying that she believed strangers who called her ugly more than loved ones who said otherwise.
