In the sepia-toned snap, we see Bobbi Kristina’s hand resting atop Nick’s, showing off their stunning wedding bands. While Nick’s is a simplistic black ring, Krissy’s has enough sparkle for the both of them, with a an eye-catching stone resting on a thick diamond-encrusted band.

"#HappilyMarried," she captions. "SO #Inlove. If you didn't get it the first time that is."

The couple have received a lot of criticism from both the public and Bobbi Kristina’s family, due to the fact that Bobbi’s mom Whitney informally adopted Nick at age 12 and he grew up in the family home. That didn’t stop the pair from moving forward with their relationship, first announcing their engagement on the reality show, The Houstons: On Our Own in 2012. One month later, however, they called it off.

The wedding was back on by July 2013, spurring Krissy to speak out against the critics on social media.

"Yes, me and Nick are engaged,” she confirmed on Facebook. “I'm tired of hearing people say, 'Eww you're engaged to your brother' …  Let me clear up something, we aren't even real brother and sister, nor is he my adoptive brother. My mom never adopted him. In fact, mommy was the one who even said that she knew that we were going to start dating."

Congratulations to them both!
