Say goodbye to the girls, girls, girls! Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx is now married to model Courtney Bingham — who, by the way, is 27 years his junior. Nicely done, Nikki.
People reports that the legendary '80s rocker tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend in L.A. on March 15. There were 130 guests in attendance, and the wedding's theme was goth rock meets French countryside (whatever that means). Peacocks greeted the guests as they arrived — but who doesn't have peacocks at their wedding?
"Hot damn. I'm a married man....," Nikki tweeted after the ceremony. "[Courtney] looked absolutely beautiful. Now it's time to PARTY."
Nikki, 55, has been dating Courtney, 28, for three years. He proposed to her in November 2012 in St. Bart's. The couple celebrated earlier this month with a pre-wedding party at the home of former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof, as Courtney and Adrienne are quite close.
This is Nikki's third marriage, and he has four kids from his previous relationships. He is a founding member of the '80s hair-metal band Motley Crue, which also counts Tommy Lee as a member. The band is best known for their song "Girls, Girls, Girls," which has become a perennial strip-club classic. Nikki currently co-hosts a nationally syndicated rock radio show.
Congrats to the happy couple! Rock on!
