Everything is sunny for Good Morning America meteorologist Ginger Zee and NBC news correspondent Ben Aaron, as the pair got married in a beachside wedding ceremony over the weekend.
Ginger, 33, and Ben, 32, tied the knot in an intimate ceremony along the beach in Michigan on June 6, according to People. About 55 people attended the nuptials, and the guests were offered pashminas in case they got chilly.
"Ben is my partner for life," Ginger says. "I knew it as soon as I met him. I've never been more ready for anything in my life." Aww!
At the ceremony, the couple exchanged their vows while standing in a circle of white rose petals. The reception took place at The Inn at Bay Harbor, where guests enjoyed artisan cheese plates and a Michigan salad with local cherries, followed by dinner. Ginger's brother's band, The Outer Vibe, performed tunes at the reception.
"Bringing our crazy families from all over the States to enjoy some peace and quiet in northern Michigan will be the greatest day of our lives," Ginger said prior to the event. Ginger took over as the Good Morning America meteorologist after Sam Champion left the show in December 2013.
We wish all the best to the newlyweds!
