Rapper Mack Maine is facing two felony criminal charges including sexual assault after a recent tour stop in Oklahoma, according to a TMZ report. Since 2009, the 31-year-old performer has served as president of Young Money, an American record label and group founded by fellow rap mogul Lil Wayne in 2003.

Court documents obtained by TMZ state that Mack invited two women, identified as Rachel Reed and Cailey Maddox, onto a tour bus on August 22, 2013, where things quickly escalated. The encounter reportedly resulted in one woman being punched in the face and the other being sexually assaulted after Mack, according to the court documents, “put his hand down Rachel’s dress and grabbed her right breast” without consent.

The documents continue: “Rachel got upset and when she and Cailey tried to leave the bus, [Mack Maine] held the door shut. Once the door was opened, Cailey was walking down the steps but turned and looked back to call for Rachel and [Mack] punched her in the face, breaking her jaw and knocking her down."

Mack has not publicly commented on the news; his latest tweets focus on weekend sporting events... and not much else. TMZ reports there is no word yet on when he is due in court.
