No one is exempt from the dangers of dehydration, not even the self-proclaimed "Baddest B*tch" of Miami. Rapper Trina, best known known for her 2005 song "Here We Go" featuring Kelly Rowland, was rushed to a Florida hospital after passing out in an airport, according to TMZ.
But don't worry, y'all — the Diamond Princess is going to be just fine. Apparently she was fighting off some kind of bug and simply overexerted herself while traveling. Trina's currently being treated for dehydration and is expected to "B R Right." (See what we did there?)
In fact, the 34-year-old Florida native was able to muster up enough energy to tweet from her hospital bed.
"Thanks for your concern and prayers! I'm ok, just ready to leave this place I hate needles," she wrote, alongside a picture of her arm hooked up to an IV.
It hasn't been an easy year for Trina, whose 19-year-old brother Bain was shot to death last April. Let's hope she takes it easy as she continues working on her much-anticipated sixth studio album. And in the meantime, be sure to leave your thoughts and prayers for Trina in the comments below.
