After the brutal ending of his relationship, Hollywood hunk Taylor Kitsch "pucked" the pain away, as he reveals in Man of the World magazine.

"Hockey's like therapy for me," the 32-year-old star says. "I went through a terrible breakup a while ago, and it was the one thing that allowed me to actually not think about it for an hour-and-a-half."

You'd expect that the Canada native would also be mourning his 2012 box office disappointments — John Carter and Battleship, both of which had Taylor in lead roles — but he remains philosophical about the experiences, saying that many other noteworthy actors vied for the role of John Carter and that Battleship was a great excuse to play around on U.S. Navy ships in Hawaii.

Luckily for the Friday Night Lights alum, he has two highly-regarded projects in the pipeline — starting with a tale of survival in the war in Afghanistan, next week's film Lone Survivor, and continuing in the spring with the HBO movie about the HIV-AIDS crisis, The Normal Heart.

But what about his love life? Will that aspect of his life also have a resurgence? "I'm not getting married next year, I'll tell you that much," he says.
