Tori Spelling has endured a lot lately. But are she and her family in the process of being evicted from their home?
A notice has reportedly been taped to the fence of the 40-year-old Beverly Hills, 90210 star and husband Dean McDermott's front fence by their landlord, demanding that they pay their rent in the next three days or face formal eviction, according to TMZ.
The notice specifies that Tori and Dean owe $7,750 for the January rent for their Tarzana home. However, sources claim that Tori's family had already moved out of the home last month for an even pricier place, meaning they can't get evicted.
The landlord apparently claims that rent for the last month was never paid, but Tori's attorney explains that this is a "clerical error" and that the family had in fact paid through January.
This is yet another worry for the beleaguered couple. A report last month claims that Dean slept with a 28-year-old woman, whom Dean reportedly told that his marriage to Tori is "sexless."
Tori and Dean have four children and will star on their new reality show, Tori & Dean: Cabin Fever, slated to air this spring on HGTV. Tori's upcoming sitcom Mystery Girls was recently greenlit by ABC Family.
