Rachel Frederickson’s staggering 155-pound weight loss before the Biggest Loser finale may have sparked concern from friends and fans alike, but it looks as though the 24-year-old has finally settled at a comfortable size and shape for her — albeit at a slightly bigger size.

“I’m in maintenance mode. I have gained 15 pounds, so I’m up a little bit,” revealed Rachel, during a recent appearance on Access Hollywood.

While the show’s trainers may push the contestants to slim down in record time, Rachel’s shocking weight loss even managed to rub workout fiend Jillian Michaels the wrong way.

I thought she had lost too much weight, and I was immediately concerned and wondering how this happened,” said Jillian of Rachel’s incredible shrinking frame.

Despite the eating disorder rumors sparked by Rachel’s tiny new figure, she says that she’s not in a feud with food, and that, in fact, she’s feeling better than she ever has in the past.

“I’m happy with me, with my feelings and my emotions and my day and it can’t be defined by a number because if you are defined by a number, where is the joy in that?” asked Rachel. “I’ve never been healthier in my life. I’ll never go back to that unhealthy, unhappy girl.”

Do you think Rachel took her weight loss too far?
