Nick Cannon is a regular chameleon! Just a week after getting tongues wagging with his whiteface character, Connor Smallnut, the rapper has transformed his appearance again — this time coloring his hair to resemble cheetah print.

The 33-year-old revealed the exotic new look over a series of Instagram posts, writing, "I usually don't do #Selfies but I think my new hairstyle is worth it! #Animal #TheWildLife #IFinallyLostIt #Cheetah #CantCatchMe #TooFast #TryToKeepUp #wppm #Ncredible."

(We don't understand why a guy so hashtag-happy would turn up his nose at selfies, but that's beside the point.)

Mr. Mariah Carey also revealed that the feline-like look took a total of five hours to pull off. We believe it… and we're wondering how long it took for him to develop all those muscles!

So why is Nick courting so much attention? The answer relates to that hashtag "#wppm" — i.e. White People Party Music, his second studio album, set to be released tomorrow, April 1.

That theme also (sorta) explains Nick's last stunt: donning hipster-like clothing and a whole ton of pasty makeup to transform himself into a "white man," the afore-mentioned Connor.

Well, Nick, for better or for worse, you do indeed seem to be living "The Wild Life!"
