It’s down to the wire on MTV’s The Challenge: Free Agents. On Thursday night’s epic finale, the six remaining contestants will go head-to-head in a five-stage competition, with the first three stages pairing each guy with each girl and the final two stages being a competition between individual contestants.
Wetpaint Entertainment has an exclusive sneak peek of the three teams in the second stage, completing a geography-themed puzzle that leaves most everyone scratching their heads.
“Half of the cities, we don’t even know where they are,” Laurel Stucky says alongside teammate Johnny Reilly, currently in first. “What are we supposed to do? Keep on guessing?”
That’s not a bad strategy. The only problem is that the puzzle pieces are huge segments of a tree that look to be pretty darn heavy. When the current second-place team, Zach Nichols and Nany González, shows up, they seem to be just as dumbfounded.
“We have a shot at winning this because the other teams, well, they’re not that smart,” Devyn Simone conjectures as she and Johnny "Bananas" Devenanzio, currently in third, show up to the puzzle. With Zach thinking that Panama is in Florida, we can’t say that Devyn is wrong here. Can Devyn’s puzzle-solving skills help her and Bananas jump ahead of the other teams? We need to know!
But remember, it’s not over until they reach the top of that volcano and tally up the times. Which guy and which gal will walk away winners? You’ll have to wait and see!
The finale of The Challenge: Free Agents airs Thursday, June 26, at 10 p.m. ET on MTV.
