Chelsea Houska Beefs Up Her Muscles with Protein Powders!

It's no secret that Teen Mom 2's Chelsea Houska has lost a huge amount of weight in the past year. This girl dropped her extra baby poundage and then some thanks to healthy eating and plenty of gym time. Now it looks like she's trying to pack on some muscle mass!

Chelsea took to Twitter to show off a photo of the mysterious protein powders that she's guzzling down, including Max Muscle protein powder, Max Muscle ARM (which adds muscle onto — you guessed it — your arms!), and something called Full Blown XXX. Which sounds more like a potential title for Farrah Abraham's next sex tape then a supplement.

So, what exactly is Max Muscle? According to the powder's website, it's a "Post-workout recovery formula to maximize lean muscle growth and accelerate recovery," so we assume Chelsea's taking it to beef up her biceps.

We can't wait to see this gal's next bikini selfie — she's clearly 100 percent dedicated to her fitness journey. That being said, let's hope girlfriend eats the occasional slice of pizza, because a life without cheese seems slightly tragic.
