Chelsea Houska Shows Public Support for Her BFF Kailyn Lowry!
Have you heard the glorious news? New novelist Kailyn Lowry is coming out with a revealing new memoir called Pride Over Pity, and it's slated to hit bookstores in April. And seriously, we can not wait!
Kailyn is the second girl in Teen Mom Land to release a book (never forget Farrah Abraham's autobiography My Teenage Dream Ended), but she's the first "auteur" among her fellow Teen Mom 2 stars. And while Farrah's memoir concentrated on her life as a teen mother, Kailyn's will focus primarily on her life before stardom, as a misguided and troubled youth dealing with issues of sexuality, sexual abuse, and even homelessness. Talk about a jaw-dropper!
TM2 fans couldn't be more proud of Kailyn — and her co-stars are right there with us. This gal got a special shout out from her BFF Chelsea Houska, who reached out to Kailyn via Twitter upon hearing the news that Pride Over Pity would be released in April. "SO EXCITED KAIL," Chelsea tweeted, to which Kailyn responded "Thank you Chelsea!! Means so much!!!! Love you!"
Aww, these two! Kailyn and Chelsea have a pretty close relationship, and always make sure to spend time with each other when the Teen Mom 2 gang get together for press days and reunion specials. It's so sweet of Chelsea to have Kailyn's back — and we're sure her other co-stars, Leah Messer and Jenelle Evans, are equally supportive!
