Have you noticed anything different about Chelsea Houska lately? This Teen Mom 2 star has dropped huge amounts of weight in the past year, and now that she's the size of a supermodel, it's time for her to start building up muscle!

According to a new report from RadarOnline.com, Chelsea has been doing Crossfit to tone her body and work on muscle definition. “Chelsea goes to the Metabolic Fitness Center four to five times a week,” a source tells Radar. “It involves heavy weights and cardio, so it’s definitely more effective. And she loves it!”

Of course, Chelsea's first priority is spending time with her daughter, Aubree, who often goes to the gym with her.  “It’s important for her to take time to work on her health,” the source adds. “And she brings Aubree to the gym with her.”

Chelsea still has a ways to go when it comes to getting her coveted six-pack, but she's willing to put in the hours. “She used to want to be skinnier, but now she wants muscles,” the source continues. “She’s not where she wants to be yet, but she’s making progress and won’t be stopping anytime soon!”


Chelsea looks drop dead gorgeous (her recent swimsuit selfie was stunning!), and we can't wait for her to show off her muscular body once she's reached her goal.
