Ready to reconsider all your life choices up to this point? A 15-year-old kid named Chris Miles just got a five-record deal worth way more than most of us earn in a year… or two years… or three years.
Warner/Chappell is giving the teen — who, for your reference, was not a glimmer in his parents' eyes when Titanic came out — a $182,500 advance on his first album, as TMZ reports.
If the album does well, the the company will pay him $1.5 million for the next four, not to mention royalties.
Really gives new meaning to the phrase "freshman effort," doesn't it?
Chris first found fame as a viral video star when his audition tape for America's Got Talent exploded online this time two years ago — when he was only 13.
And his rapping skills are crazy impressive. We clocked his fastest lyrics in the audition song— titled "Dial Tone" — at six words a second.
At the time, he had a Bieber-esque mop top — and funnily enough, Chris's hair these days looks just like Justin's hair these days.
Unlike Justin, though, Chris isn't bothering with teeny-bopper pop — he's going right to rap. We bet the Biebs is jealous!
