Christian Serratos: 5 Things to Know About the Walking Dead Actress
Perhaps the most mysterious of the three new characters introduced in Season 4, Episode 11: "Claimed" is Rosita Espinosa — she showed up wearing basically a sexy cartoon combat outfit, and said very close to nothing throughout the entire episode. That doesn't mean that the 23-year-old actress behind Rosita, Christian Serratos, has to be mysterious, too!

You May Recognize Her From The Twilight Saga.
Christian is no stranger to the undead — she had a role in all five Twilight films! She played Bella's human classmate and friend, Angela Weber, who she grew extra-close to in New Moon.
For the record, Christian is on Team Edward. "He's like the [most] perfect guy ever," she told Huffington Post in 2010.
She's a Figure Skater… For Fun.
In a 2009 interview with the now-defunct lifestyle mag LePhant, Christian dished on her childhood passion-turned-hobby. "[I skate] a lot less than I used to. My coaches were talking about the Olympics and it was really crazy. Now, I just do it for fun now," says Christian of her would-be career. "Now when I want to relax, I just go to the rink and skate. I was at the rink every day for 10 years. I started when I was 3. I remember when I started they gave me a bucket to help walk on. I rejected the bucket."
She's a Triple Threat!
In addition to ice skating, Christian is a singer/songwriter and a dancer — which, added to her obvious acting chops, makes her pretty much the definition of a triple threat.
"I get bored very easily," admitted Christian in her LePhant interview. " I need a bunch of activities and singing is something I naturally did."
She dished on her top influences in her 2010 Huffington Post interview, "I listen to the Mars Volta and Fiona Apple every day. I feel if you do write music, you write what you listen to."
Dancing, she says, was "a natural progression from ice skating." While she mostly does jazz dancing, she also works in ballet and hip hop.
She's a Vegetarian — and Animal Rights Activist
"I've always been opposed to slaughtering, eating, wearing carcass," Christian explained during her 2009 campaign with People For the Ethical Treatment of Animals. Photographed during her Twilight days, the ad featured Christian nude and leaning against a tree, with the tagline "I'd rather go naked than wear fur."
We're not sure what this little guy's name is, but we do know he's adorable! Christian posted this super-presh snap to Instagram with the caption, "Look at the handsome man I get to go home to!" (That bandanna. Too cute.)
