When you’re as big a star as Christina Aguilera, you’re going to have fans but, inevitably, you’re also going to deal with haters. And you know what they say –– haters gonna hate –– which is exactly what some are doing when claiming the coach on The Voice got liposuction to land that newly svelte body she’s been showing off all season long.

According to those close to the pop diva, she’s grown tired of these rumors, and wants people to stop jumping to conclusions.

According to Hollywood Life, a Voice insider recently talked about the rumors to Life & Style magazine, telling the mag, “Christina didn’t get lipo. She’s worked hard to change her eating habits, and you can see the results.”

“The last thing Christina wants to hear is that people are talking about her losing weight with liposuction. She’s sick and tired of people assuming things about her body,” the insider goes on to say.

Those on the inner circle insist the “Say Something” singer has gotten results the old-fashioned way –– with diet and exercise.

“Christina takes her lunches and snacks with her to work now, so she can watch how much she eats instead of overindulging in anything bad for her,” a friend revealed. “She eats carbs, protein, snacks like pretzels — she just watches how much she eats.”

She also reportedly cut back on alcohol, but occasionally has a glass of wine. She makes sure to fill up on foods that are healthy and filling.

As we saw on the show, the star’s go-to exercise regimen is yoga, which keeps her toned and combats stress.

“Whatever size or shape you have, it’s important to embrace it,” Christina has said.
