Christina Aguilera’s Dating Timeline (PHOTOS)

We’ve been in love with The Voice coach Christina Aguilera since the moment she hit the music scene with her epic pop hit “Genie in a Bottle,” and we weren’t the only ones — the pop diva has had her share of boyfriends, and has been rumored to have had flings with a couple other notable hunks in the music industry.

Here’s a look at Xtina’s dating timeline:

Enrique Iglesias (1998)

Back in September of 1998, the songstress was seen getting “Dirty” with up-and-coming Latin-crossover sensation, Enrique Iglesias. Although the two were said to be hot and heavy, it looks like their romance was very short-lived. They were spotted a few times together after that night, but things seemed to fizzle after a while.

Jorge Santos (2000-2001)

Somewhere in 2000, Xtina started shacking up with her background dancer, Jorge Santos. Jorge toured with the “Beautiful” singer and was also featured in several of her music videos. Christina called Jorge her “first love,” but the relationship didn’t last forever. The two parted ways in 2001, but continued to work with each other amicably throughout 2002, when she met the next leading man in her life.

Jordan Bratman (2002 - 2010)

Christina met music marketing exec Jordan Bratman through her management company and the two started dating. Three years after they first met, Xtina, who was working on her album Back to Basics at the time, announced that she and Jordan were engaged to be married. The songbird even admitted that much of the music on the album was inspired by Jordan! They were married in Nappy Valley on November 19, 2005, and welcomed their first (and only) child together, Max Liron, in January 2008.

Things looked like they were working out for Xtina and Jordan until the singer filed for divorce in October 2010. The couple’s divorce was finalized on April 15, 2011.

Matt Rutler (2010 - Present)

In the midst of her separation and subsequent divorce, Christina kept busy by working on her first feature film, Burlesque, and dating musician and production assistant Matt Rutler, who she met on the set of the cabaret-inspired movie. The beginning of the new couple’s relationship hit a few snags, however. Christina and Matt were arrested for intoxication and driving while intoxicated respectively, and Xtina went on to have a few other inappropriate moments.

Most chalked up Christina’s boozy behavior to the fact that she was still going through the motions of her divorce from Jordan Bratman, but Christina bucked up, and worked on herself with Matt at her side. The couple are still together and Xtina even revealed a thing or two about how she and her guy get down in the bedroom in the October issue of Maxim.

Rumored Flings…

Carson Daly (2000)

Rumor has it that Christina had a fling with now-costar Carson Daly during his Total Request Live vjing days. Most of these rumors started on account of rapper Eminem’s verse in “The Real Slim Shady” where he accused Xtina of getting it on with both Carson and Fred Durst of the metal rap group Limp Bizkit.

Both Carson and Christina have vehemently denied any rumor of a fling, but now that the two are working together on The Voice, the rumor seems to resurface every so often.

Fred Durst (2000)

Around the same time that Xtina and Carson were rumored to be “doing the deed,” it was also rumored that the “Can’t Hold Us Down” crooner was involved with rock rapper Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit. The two performed the metal rock group’s song “Nookie” at the 2000 MTV VMAs. Fred went on air stating that he hoped the collaboration with Christina would lead to some lovey-dovey time between the two, but sadly it didn’t.

He got no nookie. That did not happen, OK?” Christina told MTV. “I just want to clear the table right there, and the thing with Carson [Daly] too. Eminem's whole song ["The Real Slim Shady"] did not happen, OK? It just didn't, but it's some really crazy stuff that people want to insinuate and people want to say, and it is hurtful.

Is there one of Christina’s beaus that we left off the list? Is there a rumored fling that you think may have been true? Sound off below!
