Ciara Ends Engagement to Future — Three Months After Son’s Birth — Report (VIDEO)
She was about to become the Future Mrs. Future, but now Ciara seems to be singing "I'm Out" in reference to her engagement.
Multiple sources tell Us Weekly that the 28-year-old singer has dumped Future — less than three months after the May 19 birth of their child, son Future Zahir WIlburn.
What's worse, these insiders claim the 30-year-old rapper wasn't faithful. "He cheated on her," one source tells the magazine. "Game over."
Another tattler corroborates the infidelity: "She's devastated. Ciara's focus now is the baby.
Having dated since early 2013, Ciara and Future became betrothed when he surprised her with a 15-carat diamond ring at her birthday dinner in October. She announced her pregnancy in January and gave birth in May.
At least they have their music careers to fall back on. Ciara is working on her sixth studio album, already revealing the song "Anytime" — which, awkwardly, features Future.
Meanwhile, Future released his second studio album, Honest, to critical and commercial success in April — and he also appeared as a featured artist on songs by Justin Bieber, Young Scooter, Mike Will Made It, and DJ Khaled this year.
We're always sad to hear of a couple's demise, but we hope both parties move forward easily and amicably.
