Confirmed: ANTM Gets Male Models for Upcoming Cycle 20

Yes! We wanted it. Tyra Banks wanted it. Many of you wanted it. And now it’s happening. America's Next Top Model Cycle 20 will air on The CW next year, with male models joining female models for the first time ever. Instead of a British Invasion, it's a Hot Man Invasion!

The contestants will be a mix of both genders — a compromise, perhaps, to fans who still want to watch the girls tooch and smize. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the men and women will all live in the same house. (Drama!)

But here's some not-so-good news: THR added that ANTM will bypass a spring edition and reportedly return in the summer of 2013. So they may not do two seasons anymore.

How are you feeling about this news? Are you excited to see it raining men — (Hallelujah!) — especially since we already have the perfect judge in “the sexiest male supermodel in the world,” Rob Evans? Are you interested in going to casting calls, when they are announced?

Catch the next episode of America's Next Top Model Cycle 19: College Edition on Friday, October 19 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
