Corinne Olympios & Boyfriend Jordan Gielchinsky Split After ‘BIP’ Scandal
Corinne Olympios is single once more!
However, the Bachelor 2017 contestant is revealing they’ve since broken up.
Back in June when news broke of the potentially problematic situation between the two reality stars, Corinne shocked fans with the reveal that she was not actually single going into Paradise.
According to sources, the two agreed that she was, "only going to do the show to get pub for her new clothing line. Her plan was to be on for a couple episodes, and then bow out.”
Insiders also shared at the time that, while Jordan was initially unhappy with what went on between his girlfriend and her castmate, he supported her, blaming producers and alcohol.
She returned to L.A. after production was suspended, and the two were said to be “inseparable.” But no longer!
“We are not together anymore,” the blonde beauty tells Us Weekly.
Prior to their split, the reality star and Jordan had been friends for more than 10 years, and dated on and off in that time.
Though we don’t know when or why they ended their romance, it sounds like the Miami gal is bouncing back quickly.
In fact, she also shares that she’s “seeing someone” new and it’s going well.
Now that they’re not together, you’d think Jordan might come forward saying some not-so-kind things about his ex — but you’d be wrong.
Back in June, he emphasized to E! News the “multimillion-dollar business” owner would always have his support.
He explained at the time, “I have known Corinne for over 10 years and as a friend or boyfriend, she will continue to have my unwavering loyalty and support until I decide that there is a legitimate reason not to give it.”
Actually, it seems like the former TV “villain” is cutting ties all over the place. Former friend Jasmine Goode says she hasn’t been in touch with her ex-friend since the scandal.
“When we got back [home], I reached out to Corinne and I hadn’t heard anything from her and I just thought maybe that was her legal team telling her she couldn’t talk to me, I don’t know,” the BIP star details to Us Weekly.
“But I was so hurt because me and her were close. We were really close and I was confused on why she’s not answering my phone calls.”
Part of that might have to do with Jasmine defending DeMario publicly — and seeming to take his side.
“The reason why I was taking DeMario’s — not necessary taking DeMario’s side, but just wanting to speak out on what was being said about him was because those were lies, like that’s not OK,” she continues.
Corinne might be harboring a grudge against her former co-star but she’s not mad at the Bachelor franchise.
“I have no problem with Bachelor Nation. I love Bachelor Nation. I am Bachelor Nation,” she said recently, even adding that a return to reality TV is in her future.
“I do have a [reality] show in the works, and I’m also working on a scripted show with one of my favorite producers,” she finished, confirming that both would feature her on-camera.
