Kim Kardashian Employs Crazy Diet and Exercise Plan For Her Wedding — Report
Kim Kardashian’s shedding for the wedding — and not just her wallet. According to Hollywood Life, the Keeping Up With the Kardashiansstar is trying to get rid of those last few pounds before she walks down the aisle next month to become Mrs. Kanye West… and she wants to lose them through any means necessary.
The major battle when it comes to getting fit is diet, and Kim’s got that one on lock. Aside from following the carb-free Atkins diet, which she’s previously credited as helping her lose her baby weight after giving birth to the adorable North West, she’s watching her intake even more carefully than usual.
“She’ll eat veggies, but no noodles, rice, or bread,” says a source close to the 33-year-old bride-to-be. “It shocks her body. It’s the only way to get the weight off. [She] is watching everything she eats.”
Workouts are key, too, and if you want to follow Kim’s regimen, expect to be completely exhausted. Aside from using strength training to tone her muscles, Kim hits the gym twice a day, putting extra emphasis on the bottom that made her famous.
And if the swimsuit photos she’s been posting from her family vacay in Thailand this week are any indication, Kim’s hard work is definitely paying off.
“She does 100 squats each morning to lift her booty,” the insider adds. “She wants to look the best she possibly can for her wedding photos.”
