Cynthia Bailey Sells House Amid Divorce From Peter Thomas
The home is even in escrow, TMZ reports.
The duo reportedly put their mansion up for sale just last month, but found an interested buyer almost immediately.
Cynthia’s fast sale is likely thanks to its huge square-footage — including four bedrooms and five baths — and comparatively low price-tag of $699,000.
While the average home price in the “very hot” Georgia neighborhood is an affordable $260,500, no home currently on the market seemingly boasts as many extravagant rooms as the Bailey-Thomas pad.
Once Cynthia and her longtime love officially drop the property, they’re expected to live separate lives.
The RHOA star is rumored to be looking at a “lakeside property” outside of the city.
Peter is already based in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he owns a restaurant and will likely stay.
This divorce is really just paperwork at this point.
