We have a feeling that Peter Thomas has spent his fair share of time in the doghouse lately, you know, after admitting he almost left his wife Cynthia Bailey when she was dealing with painful fibroids and then floated the idea of getting a “man cave” of his own so he could take a break from their marriage when he needed to.

But last Sunday night when he was a guest — along with the other RHoA Househusbands — on Watch What Happens Live, he had nothing but love for his beautiful gal. When a caller phoned in and called Peter “insensitive”, he set the record straight. “When I see the footage, it appears to be that way, but you guys only see an edited version of it,” he began. “I was never insensitive towards what my wife is going through.”

Peter went onto say that Cynthia’s struggle with her fibroids affected him as well, and even jeopardized their marriage. “It was very difficult for my life for the last two years because I didn’t understand a lot of what she was going through and our marriage was suffering because of it.”

And even though Peter said he was never insensitive towards Cynthia, he understands that TV viewers have picked up on the anger he felt during that time. “I could see why you’d think I’m angry because I was angry most of the time, to be honest with you,” he explained.

But when host Andy Cohen mentioned that Cynthia praised her hubby for being so supportive, he quickly agreed. “Without a doubt. That’s my queen right there, I don’t want nothing to happen to her.”

Do you think Peter really treats Cynthia like the queen that she is, or does he still have some work to do? Watch the full clip and weigh in below!
