Cynthia Bailey and Kandi Burruss After the Pillow Talk Brawl — Are They Still Friends?

In the words of Kandi Burruss, she and Cynthia Bailey have pretty much “always been cool.” That’s why it was such a shock when we saw the two Real Housewives of Atlanta stars get into it on last week’s February 6 episode. Things even got so heated as Kandi told Cynthia (and Peter Thomas and Malorie) that she would “drag you in this b—!”

So while we were all clearly entertained by the melee of the Pillow Talk party brawls, we also were concerned about the state of Kandi and Cynthia’s friendship. Lucky for us, E! News spoke with the supermodel at the Zang Toi Fashion Show in NYC this week, and they got the whole scoop on where things stand with the ladies.

"We're all women, we're all emotional, we all have a snap button,” Cynthia said, adding, “It is what it is." So while she was surprised to see that different (didn’t Peter call it “ghetto”?) side of Kandi, she also understands that even normally level-headed people have their breaking points.

And if you were concerned about their current relationship, set your minds at ease. "We're in a good place,” the RHoA star dished. “[The fight] was a hurdle we had to get over. But at the end of the day, she's a rational person and I'm very rational and with time we were able to move past it." Hooray!

Meanwhile, Kandi has also apologized for potentially overreacting in the situation. The songstress took to Twitter to share her regrets: "Three people were pulling me back & I was going insane.... I so regret it now.”

All’s well that ends well, ladies! We couldn’t handle it if our two more reasonable Housewives were at odds, so, phew!

Are you glad to hear that Kandi and Cynthia have since made up? Tell us in the comments below.
