Stacy Keibler’s career has jumped from professional wrestler to actress to reality TV host, but no matter what she does, everyone always has one question: How did you get such great legs? After recently revealing that her prize-winning legs are, indeed, insured, Wetpaint Entertainment turned to the former Dancing With the Stars contestant (and Supermarket Superstar host) to find out all the details — including how much they’re worth and ways to look more like her.

Not-so-surprisingly, Stacy revealed that it’s all about hard work, dishing quick tips about diet (she cleansed almost everything) and exercise (aka how to use your mini bar for more than just lonely nights at a hotel). Read on to see how to get the clear eyes, great skin, mental clarity, and oh yeah — an amazing beach bod.

Wetpaint Entertainment: You recently talked about insuring your legs. Do you have any quick tips for people trying to get toned for the summer?

Stacy Keibler: I think, as painful as it can be, just squats. You don’t even need to go to the gym — just hold some really heavy bottles of water, and I’ve even been in my hotel before and used things from the mini bar as weights. Just do squats, lunges, calf raises — and do tons of them! Even your abs, there are plenty of things you can do with no equipment necessary. Do jumping jacks for 20 minutes, jump rope, anything you want.

You also mentioned the crazy process to get them insured. You’ve clearly been working on them for years and years — what did you have to do?

[Laughs] Well, to get them insured, you just have to have physicals and paperwork and things like that! A lot of it.

Your fellow Lifetime girl, [Project Runway host] Heidi Klum insured them for $2 million. Was it upwards of that?

I don’t know! I actually don’t know — I’d have to call and find out, because it was so long ago. [Laughs] I’ll have to find out now!

Was it back when you were wrestling?

I think so... I’m pretty sure it’s been that long!

Aside from exercising, what else do you do to stay fit when you’re on the go? Supermarket Superstar is about changing the way Americans eat — have you experimented with any new diets lately?

I did this sort of a cleanse for six months and I didn’t work out, because I wanted to experiment with just eliminating certain foods out of my diet. And I learned so much. It is true — we are what we eat, and it is a really passion of mine to get there and try to educate people as I’m learning and educating myself. I really want to educate people on reading the labels and trying to understand exactly what they’re putting into their bodies. I’m also a spokesperson for the American Cancer Society, and with the research I’ve done, it’s something like one in three cancers is caused by poor diet and lack of exercise. It’s terrible that you’re either going to have to pay with the food that you buy or at the doctor. It’s terrible that’s what’s happening here in America, and I want to try to do whatever I can to make it easier for families to feed themselves and their families cost-effective and healthy food and feel better.

Is there anything that you cut out of your diet and immediately saw a change in your body?

I did! A couple years ago, I started this whole thing by just eliminating dairy. People who have allergies and sinus problems, they keep taking supplements to help them, but they could really eliminate something they’re probably allergic to with food out of their diets. I think dairy is one thing, and when I was just doing the recent cleanse, I had no dairy, no gluten, no soy, no sugar — which was all fruit — and I never felt better in my life. I had such mental clarity, I had energy, i was sleeping so well, my skin looked great, my eyes were clear, all those things you hear about.

Do you find it harder to be motivated and work out when you haven’t eaten those things, like meat, dairy, and gluten?

No, not really! I feel those things can be toxic, so I think you actually get more energy when you cut those things out because your body is processing the good, whole foods that you’re eating faster. I actually didn’t have a problem with that, but I also researched, so I knew the foods I needed to make sure I was supplementing myself with, so I was doing everything in balance.
