Former High School Musical star Corbin Bleu is about to get his head in the game... again! A source close to Wetpaint Entertainment confirms that the ex-Disney star is joining the Season 17 cast of Dancing With the Stars.

Corbin is best known for his role as Chad Danforth in High School Musicals 1-3, and ironically, his character declared in the second film that he doesn’t dance (see the video below).

But the basketball-playing jock is about to step up his game. Season 17 is set to be one of the ABC competition show’s best with rumors of Glee’s Amber Riley also joining the star-studded lineup.

In 2006, Corbin’s HSM on-screen love interest Monique Coleman (who played Taylor McKessie) placed fourth in Season 3 of DWTS.

Corbin has also taken some time on the Broadway stage, starring in the hit 2008 show, In the Heights, in the lead role of Usnavi.

We think this triple threat is perfect for the new season, what about you? Share your thoughts below!
