Though they still played it up with costumes, their movements were a bit more sharp as they moved across the ballroom floor, looking intense as they did so. The theatrics were fun, though it wasn’t as technical as other performances we saw in Week 2. It still had the audience cheering his name excitedly, so no matter what, it’s clear he has fans!
“You definitely stepped up,” Bruno noted. “You stepped it up definitely. There was actually some Paso Doble there. There was!” Carrie Ann agreed, saying that he made fun of himself in a “weird, bizarre piece of insanity,” but needs to work on his feet. Len apologized for undermarking him the prior week, but explained himself. “I liked your commitment. I liked the fun you put in to the dance, and I like the fact that you’re on this show,” he said ultimately.
They scored higher this week, but only slightly. With two 6s and one 5, they have 17 points.
