Dancing With the Stars seems to agree with Christina Milian!

Only one week into the competition and the Season 17 contestant has already dropped a few pounds thanks to those grueling DWTS rehearsals.

“I’ve already lost 7lbs since I started #dwts!” The Voice’s former social media correspondent tweeted over the weekend along with a photo of herself wearing David Lerner leggings.

Christina, who copped to losing a few pounds before the show even started, says her weight loss is mostly due to those long rehearsals and the thought of wearing “skimpy little outfits” alongside partner Mark Ballas. "I've lost a few pounds already,” she told E!. “We've had some intense training. We do at least four hours a day and I've got my aches and pains in places I'd never felt before."

Christina isn’t the only one who’s lost weight after going on the show. Season 12 contestant Kirstie Alley famously lost 100 pounds after appearing on DWTS while Season 9 contestant Kelly Osbourne dropped 70 pounds.

“Pretty much everyone on the show loses weight — they practice for literally eight hours a day when they’re rehearsing. It’s super-rigorous,” Us Weekly’s Stars expert Ingrin Sheaffer said in 2011. “You burn the same amount of calories as you would running on a treadmill in a gym, but you’re also exercising different muscles and doing a lot of core work. It’s intense!”
