Jack Osbourne was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis last year, just two weeks after he and his wife Lisa welcomed their daughter Pearl.

Jack and his Dancing With the Stars Season 17 partner Cheryl Burke were recently on Access Hollywood, and they played back his emotional Most Memorable Year clip about how he wasn't scared so much for himself as for his daughter. Jack chuckled a bit and told Access it was a bit "awkward" to watch that back; the DWTS producer is a good friend of his and he kind of "backdoored" him into the reflective moment.

Jack doesn’t usually think too much about having MS. He compared it to having braces. "If you have braces on your teeth, they're there, you know they're there, but it's not like the first thing you think about when you wake up in the day."

Jack talked about his particular type of MS. "I have relapsing remitting MS, which is you have your flare-ups and then it'll subside, and depending on how you take care of yourself and your treatment depends on if it progresses or not. ... Best case [scenario] is I can live a long, healthy, happy life." He's feeling great now, just tired from DWTS rehearsals, like everyone else.

Watch Jack and Cheryl in the video below. They talk about their relationship, their past dances, their two upcoming Week 7 dances, and how they communicate during their routines. Are you rooting for Jack and Cheryl to win?
