Before facing the Trio challenge on Dancing With the Stars Season 17, Week 9, Elizabeth Berkley and Val Chmerkovskiy had to tackle the Viennese Waltz.

Val and Elizabeth said they wanted to redeem themselves from the Jazz last week. This week, they decided that Elizabeth needs to listen to Val more. Well, her asking him to change the music last week didn't work out, so maybe that's not a bad idea.

The result was a really quite stunning dance. There was a lot of smooth, gorgeous movement, and Elizabeth and Val had a good connection.

Carrie Ann seemed to really love it. She said Elizabeth's lines were great and there was a lot of emotional connection. But there was one moment she was off in the beginning. Len began by saying he's a big Elizabeth fan, but he didn't love the choreography, and there wasn't enough flow. Bruno thought she really hit it this week, with a haunted, tormented quality.

Score: 9, 8, 9
