Dancing With the Stars Season 18 should look pretty similar to Season 17 — complete with 12 couples competing and all three regular judges returning.

(We worried about you, Len Goodman, but it’s good to see you’re coming back!)

The Monday, March 17 premiere is right on line with the past springs seasons ... except for one thing. This will apparently be the first spring with no Results Show.

ABC Entertainment President Paul Lee talked about DWTS at the Television Critics Association press tour on Friday, January 17. "We were pleased with #DWTS on one night," Paul said, via @TVGuide. "It opened up Tuesdays for us."

Eh.

We were really hoping The Powers That Be would see how one night of DWTS really messes with the whole scoring system. They did as good a job as they could this past fall, but even DWTS showrunner Conrad Green said it wasn't ideal. He said it was an ABC decision and he hoped maybe they would change their minds for the next season. That doesn't sound like the case.

Are you OK with just one-night of DWTS? Maybe you even like it more than spreading the action into three hours over two nights? Or are you disappointed to hear Tuesdays may be gone for good?
