How is Amy Purdy doing the day after her injury last night on Dancing With the Stars Season 18? She’s hanging in there, but the battle is not yet won.

Amy and Derek Hough danced first on Latin Night, but after judging, Amy said she turned her neck and heard her back crack. She seized up and had to be taken to the hospital. So she missed the rest of the show, and they had to judge the team dance’s dress rehearsal.

Amy tweeted with fans last night and said she’d share a health update on Tuesday. As promised, she tweeted today, "So, Looks like I have a rib out of place and my muscles are in spasm. I am being very proactive in healing up so I can continue this journey."

Another rib injury! Danica McKellar broke her rib in practice last week, and host Tom Bergeron couldn’t help but comment on the dual rib issues. “We're moving more ribs this season than Tony Roma's!” he wrote to Amy. “Take care of yourself. I'm a back spasm veteran. Swearing helps!” Amy wrote back, “your awesome and funny! Ha! Yeah what's up with the ribs this week? Yes.. Swearing helps lol.”

Amy also added, to all her followers, “Please keep the positive healing thoughts and votes coming!!! #purdyhough #dontstopwontstop #DWTS.”

Every season of DWTS sees a lot of pain along the way, but it’s a bit surprising to have so many big and little injuries packed into one week. We’re sending healing vibes to Amy, Danica, and everyone else in the top six, as they prepare for Week 8. Protect your ribs, everybody!

DWTS Season 18 airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
