On Dancing With the Stars Season 18, Week 8, Amy Purdy and Derek Hough danced the Argentine Tango.

As we saw last week, Amy is injured. Like Danica, it's a rib injury. She's cleared to dance, but it's a struggle. The Argentine Tango is really physical, and her rib keeps popping out of place. Um, ouch. Stay healthy, Amy!

Somehow, Amy still managed to pull off an impressive performance. OK, so there's not a lot of movement across the floor, but she has the attitude and the sharpness. Props to Derek for choreographing around the injury. When she does dance, the footwork is fast and sharp. Great performance.

Abby Lee Miller told Derek that a great choreographer makes the dancer look good, and pushes the envelope. Derek did that. Abby Lee Miller is really impressed by Amy's drive. Bruno called it spellbinding. Everything was there. Perfection! Carrie Ann said that by Season 18 they've seen it all, but this managed to surprise her and get her excited. What Amy's doing is incredible. She put herself in a class all her own. Len called it terrific.

Score: 40/40.

Dancing With the Stars airs on Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
