Our best wishes go out to Samantha Harris. As many of her fans know, the former Dancing With the Stars co-host has been diagnosed with breast cancer. In April, she underwent a double mastectomy. Samantha recently shared an update on her condition with People, and we're really sad to say the coast is not clear yet.

Samantha opened up to People, explaining that when she was in recovery from her double mastectomy surgery, her doctor revealed that he'd "had to take out all of [her] lymph nodes" as well, because the cancer had spread beyond her breasts.

The good news is that only one of Samantha's nodes was positive — however, "that usually means chemo."

Samantha is understandably worried about the idea of undergoing chemotherapy, which can be a rough experience, but it sounds like she's staying positive.

"I know so many inspiring women who have gone through it and, as they told me, 'rocked it,'" she said. "If I need it, I will take a deep breath and readjust my focus." What an inspiring attitude. Staying upbeat and determined is often key to getting healthy, so we're glad Samantha seems to be keeping (relatively) cheerful.

Whatever her next steps, we wish Samantha the best of luck. We hope to hear good news from her soon!
