Dancing With the Stars Season 18 finalist Candace Cameron Bure just shared some pretty personal marriage details with The Doctors’  Dr. Rachael Ross.

You could consider it TMI, but the 38-year-old has been with former hockey star Valeri Bure for almost 20 years and they have three kids together. They still seem very much in love, and the Full House alum looks like she has it all, so it’s only natural that some people would ask for marriage tips.

Candace was asked how she keeps the romance alive even with three kids, and she was candid with her answer. "We have to schedule time together,” she told Dr. Rachael. “But the other part is making sure that we stay connected sexually. That's a very fulfilling part of a marriage. When you're happy sexually, it kinda just balances the rest of the stuff out. You're not so mad at each other, you're not nit-picking at the little things."

That may be an unexpected bit of advice from someone as prim-and-proper as Candace, but hey — no one said being conservative meant being a prude with your own husband! Besides, um, exercise does the body good, releasing endorphins and all that. She is one hot mama, and her husband must be a very happy man. Congrats to them on keeping that spark lit.

What do you think of sex life discussions like this? TMI or refreshing real talk on how couples (famous or not) keep their relationships going? If you’ve read this far, you must’ve been curious about the topic on some level...
