He may be about to marry actress Gabrielle Union, but Dwyane Wade better not plan to carry his new bride across the threshold of his Chicago mansion. TMZ reports that the palatial house is in foreclosure. So what's going on? Read on...

The site cites legal documents that show that payments have stopped coming in on the $1.2 million house's $225,000 mortgage — though the paperwork doesn't specify when the payments stopped or how much is owed.

The Miami Heat b'baller's attorney says that it's not his fault — he claims that Dwyane's ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches, got the house (and its mortgage) along with a "huge payout" when their divorce was settled in 2010. According to the attorney, Siohvaughn is the one stopped paying.

Dwyane and Siohvaughn, who were high school sweethearts, married in 2002 but filed for divorce in 2007. They have two sons together, Zaire-Blessing Dwyane, 12, and Zion Malachi Airamis, 7.

The 7,800-square-foot house — located in the Chicago suburb South Holland — boasts six bedrooms, a basketball court, and three acres of land.

Guess we'll be finding out if Dwyane is still on the hook for the mortgage in a matter of time!
