Former Dancing With the Stars contestant Chaz Bono has called off his engagement to longtime girlfriend Jennifer Elia.

Chaz, through his rep, told TMZ that he and Jennifer ended their short engagement and are “no longer a couple.” The two had been dating since 1999 and their engagement was documented last month on Being Chaz, a follow up to the transgender star’s doctumentary about his sex change, Becoming Chaz.

Jennifer was often seen tearing up while she watched Chaz perform on Season 13 of DWTS.
