Good news! Dancing With the Stars 2013 contestant Aly Raisman is a lot more fun than Bristol Palin.

Mark Ballas had a less-than spectacular season with Bristol on All-Stars but his Season 16
partner, a recent Olympic champion, is bright-eyed, bushy-tailed, and ready to roll. "I've been waiting for this moment for a long time, so I'm excited," Aly told Mark during their first rehearsal video. "I'm nervous but I'm really excited to start dancing."

She's only danced before in her floor routine, she said, but that turned out pretty well. (She won the gold medal for that!) During rehearsals, Mark tells Aly to be "cheeky." That's a British word, she notes. She learned it during the 2012 London Olympics. Since Mark was mostly raised over in London, they show off their British accents. Mark shows her some hip-shaking moves and it looks like they may have gotten the Cha-Cha-Cha as their first dance, as opposed to Foxtrot or Contemporary, the other two options we've seen for Week 1.

Watch Aly in action in the video. Do you think she has potential to win, as the Vegas bookies suggest? At the very least, she should have a good time and give Mark more opportunities to smile.

DWTS Season 16 premieres this Monday, March 18 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
