Derek Hough to Appear in Upcoming Film Cobu 3D

It looks like Derek Hough is serious about his acting career. The Dancing With the Stars pro, who is scheduled to appear on the TV show Better with You as a dancer instructor has just signed up for the film Cobu 3D.
The film, which is a Romeo & Juliet-like tale of cursed love, will co-star BoA, a top recording artist in Asia. Duane Adler, who wrote Save the Last Dance and Step Up, will direct his own screenplay, with filming set for Hough’s hiatus from Dancing With the Stars this summer.
